IAG is a privately held group of companies with offices in Moscow and New York. IAG specializes in attracting investment, developing commercial real estate, construction, starting businesses, and implementing investment projects throughout Russia. IAG has attracted more than $200 million to the Russian and CIS market since 2002. Selected projects it has implemented include Avon cosmetic production facility (Moscow Region), ARNEG refrigeration equipment production facility (Moscow Region), technology park in Obninsk (Kaluzhsky Region), and others.
Important milestones in IAG’s existence include:
- 2002 – Founders of IAG start its operation in the Russian market mainly focusing on real estate development.
- 2005 - IAG is founded to address the rising need for investment services in the Russian market. IAG is set up to connect efforts of its main shareholders and offer a range of services covering real estate development, project financing, and advisory services.
- 2010 - from time of its foundation, the Investment Advisory Group has participated in projects bringing more than $200,000,000 U.S. dollars of investment finance for projects in the Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of Independent States (“CIS”).
