Step 1. Registration Of Legal Entity By Authorized Body
The registration of a legal entity is conducted at place of its founding by the regional tax authorities. The registration data is included in the unified state registrar of legal entities accessible to all interested parties.
The following documents must be presented at the time of registration:
- A signed application for state registration of the legal entity. The application confirms that the attached founding documents comply with legislative requirements , are accurate, and that the procedures for the formation of charter capital have been approved by the appropriate state authorities and/or local bodies.
- The authorizing decision to set up a legal entity in the form of a protocol or agreement.
- The bylaws of the legal entity.
- Proof of legal existence for foreign legal entities from the country of their residence.
- An original of the payment order for the state duty of 2000 Rubles.
- An application for the simplified tax regime, if applicable.
Step 2. Receipt of Codes From All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activity
The economic codes are issued by the registration body by making appropriate notations into the unified registrar of legal entitles. The codes are included into an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The information notice about the registration in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations can be obtained from the State Statistics body.
In order to obtain the information notice, the following documents are required:
- an application;
- a copy of the extract from the Unified Registrer Of Legal Entities;
- a copy of the certificate of state registration;
- a copy of the charter or foundation agreement;
- a copy of the decision to establish a legal entity;
- PoA.
